Steps to Request an Extension

Extension requests must be submitted by 24:00 two days before the return deadline.No identification documents are required for extension requests.

Select the "Product to Extend" above.

Enter the quantity of the products you wish to extend in the "Quantity" field.

Enter the desired number of extension days in the "Extension Days" field.

Add to cart and proceed to checkout.

Notification of Extension Application Results

We will notify you of the results of your extension request via email within two business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

If there is a subsequent rental reservation for the products you are currently using, we cannot approve your extension. In such cases, we will refund the full amount of the extension fee paid at the time of application.
